Terms and conditions

         1. Refund:

           After GMB initiates work for the customer, 60% will be deducted and 40% will be refunded after the claimed date in 45 days.

  • If profile is not completed, no amount will be refunded.

  • If needed documents are not provided, then the company will not be responsible or liable to provide the documents.

  • If after payment, client stops coordinating and after a few days he or she asks for a refund, then 50% of the amount will be deducted from the payment amount. 50% will be refunded after 45 days, and the rest 50% will be refunded from that 45 days to another 45 days.

           2. For any paid promotion:

  • Social media platform fees or service charges is ₹4,000/-. If the client budget is ₹10,000 or below, the amount of ₹10,000.

  • From ₹11,000 onwards, if the client wants to increase their paid promotion amount, they have to pay the platform fees or handling charges (40% of the total amount).

  • For social media needs, if the client wants to claim for a refund within 2 working days, are over than 50% of the amount will deducted, and 50% of the amount will be refunded after the next 45 days.

  • If anyone of the paid client members does or says anything with our executives, staffs, or managers that damages company’s work, we can stop the work anytime and it will remain stopped until and unless the situation is resolved.

  • If at that time, the client asks for a refund, then the company will deduct money on given deliverables and also half of the rest of the amount (50%). Then the remaining 50% money will be refunded after 45 days as per policies.
